Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@mallary.shop before sending your product back.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
